I started as a construction labourer in my village, Kapkupa, Kalahandi. Under the scorching sun, with dust on my hands and sweat on my brow, I never imagined that one day I would be working for AIR INDIA, earning ₹40,000 per month. A stable job, respect, and financial security—all of it felt like an impossible dream.

But then, FVTRS entered my life like a ray of hope. Their training didn’t just teach me skills; it gave me confidence, dignity, and the courage to dream beyond my circumstances.

Today, when I put on my uniform and walk into my workplace, I remember the boy who once carried bricks under the open sky, unsure of his future. I am proof that no dream is too big and no background too small to rise above challenges.
