We live in a nation where the demand for skill hugely outstrips the supply. This precisely is the area in which FVTRS attempts its creative interventions. It relentlessly explores ways and means of transforming the lives of the vast numbers of school dropout youth in our society by equipping them with the relevant skills they need to earn a living. This mission is especially relevant in today's context where only 10 per cent of the students seek education beyond the 10th class.
